Designer Notes:
Change Environment simulates Turbo's ability to do stunts at superspeed, such as cleaning up a mess, painting a house or whatever. He can do things that can only be done physically, just much faster and invisibly to the naked eye. Desolidification represents his ability to vibrate at superspeed and pass through solid objects. His Killing Attack is a variation of this ability, as he can cause his hand to materialize inside another solid object, causing it great harm. Missile Deflection is only for grabbing missiles in flight, ones that can actually be grabbed, and altering their trajectory. Turbo's Telekinesis is actually the jet stream he generates when he runs fast. Victims can be caught up in it and dragged along behind Turbo. His favorite stunt using this power is to turn sharply right before a wall, smashing his victims into the wall. Teleportation is used to rapidly move people or objects in a blink of an eye. This ability requires a DEX Roll to perform.
