Designer Notes:

The Scarlet Sabre is probably the largest, most complex write up in our campaign. Lots of ground to cover notes wise!

Psychic Bond is a variation of Mind Link that is discussed in The Ultimate Mentalist. In short, the Mind Link between Jessica and Jaime is permanent. The limitations on Clairsentience are also from TUM.

Parry and Swing Through are maneuvers created using rules in The Ultimate Martial Artist. Parry is a block using her Sabre. Swing Through is pretty much what it sounds like. Scarlet does a Swinging Move Through. The extra DC from her Sabre does not count for this stunt.

Jaime's Cyberkinetic powers are covered in the Ultimate Mentalist. It allows her to enter other computer systems, display false data to those using the computer (Mental Illusions), take over the system (Mind Control), read data files (Telepathy), re-write files (Transform), and manipulate controls (Telekinesis).

Jaime is able to 'multi-task', create duplicates of herself that can act independently. These copies are a bit slower then Jaime herself, but otherwise are virtually identical. Instead of being directly linked with Jessica, all the copies are psychicly bonded to Jaime.

Lastly, Jaime's VPP allows her to load in details and information on various subjects into her data base. Actual skills can be purchased in the pool, but only those that are based on INT. Jessica has access to this information via their Psychic Bond/Clairvoyance connection as do Jaime's duplicates..
