As you can tell by now, Quantum can be extremely powerful! Ideally, she works best as an NPC in a campaign, where the GM can decide what power level she is currently functioning at. Typically, Quantum will be powerful enough to perform whatever task is needed. However, when at Level Four and above, she'll usually drop in levels before the job is completely finished. Quantum's purpose in the game is give the GM a character who can handle the most incredible situations, but at the same time not step on the toes of the PC's.
As Quantum advances in levels, her susceptibility to certain attack forms grow as well. Her Unluck also increases. Typically, the higher Quantum's level, the further she falls during a power dropage. It's not unheard of for her to go from Level Five or Six all the way down to Level One.
Quantum's natural state is Level Two. She can be assumed to be at this level at anytime. Level Three can be reached easy enough. Level four rates about once a month, Level five every six months, and Level Six once a year. Should you need Quantum to advance to Level Seven and beyond, just continue to increase her abilities as shown above.
Starting at Level Four, Quantum gains the ability to use Power Advantages with her Multipower. She does not have to use any Power Advantages, but can do so should she so desire. The Plus listed next to the Variable Advantage enrty is the cost in addition to the base power itself. At Level Four, Quantum can use any Advantage up to +1/2, +3/4 at Level Five, and +1 at Level Six.
