Designer Notes:
Captain Lightning is the leader of the Dallas based hero team the Superior Six. He is a mutant with lightning based powers. He can change into a stroke of lightning, gaining all the powers in his EC. In lightning form, Cap can fly, travel instantaneously along conductors, and disrupt machinery. In human form, Captain Lightning can project bolts of lightning.
In his secret identity, Emmet Ward, he is a famous electronics troubleshooter traveling the world solving technological problems at exorbitant fees. His powers give him the ability to find electrical problems far easier than a normal human.
