Known Powers:

Lisa Horton is a normal woman. All her powers come from the padded battlesuit she wears. The suit grants her the power of flight, amplifies her strength, and allows her to project a variety of sonic effects via her carapace. These effects include sonar, a sonic explosion, and a cone-shaped sonic blast.

The great-grand niece of the original American Eagle, Lisa has set out to continue his good name as the second man to bear that name nears the end of his career. Basing her work on the original suit worn by American Eagle, Lisa modified it to her own tastes and added a few new abilities, such as her sonic powers generated by her carapace.

At the request of American Eagle, Mockingbird has joined X-Factor, giving the heroine the chance to work in a relatively inexperienced group. It was decided for her to not join the Freedom Squad to prevent American Eagle from going too easy (or more likely too hard) on her.

Lisa is also a skilled at aeronautics and electrical engineering. She has recently secured employment at LawTech, starting out as Shockwave's assistant.

Personally, Lisa is a very pleasant young woman dedicated to helping people. She and Shockwave have become fast friends. Recently, Mockingbird moved into X-Factor's new base as she needed a better place to stay and Icicle would have some company.
