Awards Page

Back in the 80's when we were actually running all this stuff, Muskateer and I came up with the 'End of Year Awards'. We came up with catagories and made our choices for Best Hero and Best Heroine, and so on. Since there was only the two of us, ties were very frequent. Once the website got going, once we had regular readers and visitors, we decided to bring back the 'End of Year Awards'. This time everyone got to vote!

Here's how the process works. The voting period is typically the month of December and covers the previous 12 months of stories. The inaugural awards covered the entire website up until that point. Muskateer and I do vote and like everyone our votes count as one single vote. Those who vote will discover our picks after sending theirs in. They will appear on a 'Thank You for Voting' page that appears once your votes are submitted. Most categories are required, while comments are usually optional. Winners are typically announced the first update of the new year.
