Like her sister Ghost Fire, the Silver Spectre is literally not all here. Her mutant abilities allow her to make all or part of her body intangible. The extra DCV on activation rolls is a reflection of this talent. Each time Tina is attacked, check to see what her current DCV is. A miss means that the attack actually passed harmlessly through her. The Silver Spectre is vulnerable to area effects as they envelope the entire area around her. The extra levels to DCV do not apply against area attacks.
