Designer Notes:

The Purple Phlox is a powerful, yet limited mage. The abilities possessed by the Crystal Staff are available at all times. The spells in her Magic Pool have to be memorized. Typically, they take the form of Circles of Power that need to be drawn on the floor either using chalk or magic powder. The intended target usually needs to be drawn into the circle for it to take effect. The Mobius house is the current base for the Purple Phlox. The Crystal Staff can teleport the Phlox to the Mobius House and back to where she came from. The staff itself is a powerful magical artifact desired by many magic using beings.
