Designer Notes:
Many of Nightingales psionic powers are taken from The Ultimate Mentalist. For those not possessing that book, here is a brief explaination of the powers. Cloak is basically a form of mental stealth. The psionic can hide the use of his powers from others who can detect mental energy. Veil is similar, but hides the mental signature of the psionic, not the the fact that they are using powers. In short, Cloak hides the power itself, Veil disguises the psionic. The write ups for Mental Paralysis and Nightingale's always on Telepathy also use advantages/limitations taken from The Ultimate Mentalist.
