Designer Notes:

Nemesis has one of the more unusal powers around that tend to work all by themselves. The Find Weakness roll is always on. Jennifer's powers are always examing those around her and determining their weakness'. When a weakness is found, the Nemesis Pool is changed into that attack form. The only control Jennifer has over this process is whether she wants to attack or not. If she deems someone a foe, she'll attack them with whatever power is currently in the Nemesis Pool. If not, the power stays there until changed by a new Find Weakness roll. If the subject has no true weakness, ie no Vulnerabilities/Susceptabilities, then the attack is one that is calculated to do the most damage to her target. Jennifer has no control over the potency of her attacks-- they are always set for maximum damage.

Consider Jennifer to be a living Nemesis. She can resist just about anything-- aging, disease, psionic probing, and so on. She has some basic knowledge of medicine, psychology, and Nightingale's personal history due to a telepathic probe gone wrong. Jennifer's a fun NPC to unleash on unsuspecting players.
