The Ole' Maneuver is a special Martial Arts maneuver built using The Ultimate Martial Artist. The Maneuver can only be used if a foe attempts a Move Thru or Move By against him, and can be Aborted to. Basically, the attacker rushes Muskateer, he avoids the attack and strikes as they pass.
The Flying Scooter is basically a motorcycle without wheels. It flies instead of having ground movement. The armor protects the rider and passengers from attacks coming in from the front, from below, and partially to the sides. There is no protection from above or the rear. The Scooter's weapon is mounted near the headlight and cannot be moved. The Scooter has to be pointed directly at the target.
