Known Powers:

Willow Witch is a practitioner of Sympathetic Magic. She is able to take natural objects and perform her effects on a small scale, which her magic then transforms into much larger effects. For instance, by tossing a piece of ice into the air, she can create a miniature snowstorm. Or, by forming earth into a little wall, she can create large scale barriers. By tossing water onto the ground, she can cause a wall of water to wash away her enemies.

Notes:

Megan Pierce was born to a poor Welsh family twenty-three years ago. Her father died when she was only two years old. Her mother, Gwendolyn Pierce quickly grew weary of the machinations of her husband's family and moved to the United States. Settling in Maine, Gwendolyn Pierce fell in with a coven of witches in an attempt to find meaning in her life. The witches were genuine, but not satanic in orientation. But they all were power hungry. Gwendolyn quickly grew in power and eventually became head of the coven.

The study of witchcraft was forced upon Megan by her mother. Friction between Megan and her mother grew, as Gwendolyn became more and more power hungry. Megan continuously rebelled, but did excel in her magical studies. She found that her mystical talents excelled in the field of sympathetic magic, an area of study where an effect is created on or with a small item that can then be duplicated on a larger scale.

On her nineteenth birthday, Megan was supposed to be initiated into the Coven. Instead, she ran away to escape her mother. She was pursued by agents of the Coven, but was able to hold them off with her growing powers. Eventually, Megan arrived in New York City and was quickly contacted by agents of the Master. She accepted their invitation and became a student of the Circle. Thanks to her studies with the Master, Megan has become more and more skilled in her ability to use Sympathetic Magic.

Now calling herself Willow Witch, Megan has been a member of the Circle for several years. The Coven and DEMON have crossed her path a few times, but so far Megan has stayed clear of those organizations of evil magic. Recently, she began a campaign to free Central Park from a street gang called the Studs.

Willow Witch has made many friends since joining the Circle, these include her fellow students (Aureole, Blackfire, Kor Hunter, & Moonsilver), former Circle students (Enchantress, Sorceress, & Warlock), and other New York heroes (Huntress, Firestar, & Night Owl).

Personally, Megan is very outgoing and not impressed with city life. She tries to live life to the fullest in an attempt to make up for all the things she missed out on as a teenager. Megan and Night Owl have become fast friends because they share this quality.
