The Sword of Justice is a highly talented and trained normal. He has Olympic level conditioning and stamina. His primary weapon is his sword which he can use to deflect incoming attacks or strike foes with the flat of the blade in addition to its slicing properties. The Sword of Justice has an innate sense of what goes on around him and is skilled in hand to hand combat.

Very little has been revealed about the man known as the Sword of Justice. What is know is that he was the driving force behind the formation of the Wild Cards and secured funds from unrevealed financial backers. With his high level of involvement in the organization, it is most likely that Justice knows Psi-Queen's true identity and maybe some of Silver Spectre's other personas.

In public the Sword of Justice comes off as the gallant swashbuckler. He is polite and always shows respect to women. Justice is always quick to downplay his own talents and never forgets to include any other heroes that might have become accidentally involved in Wild Card missions. He has a knack for saying just the right thing at the right time.

Recently, the Sword of Justice announced the next stage of the Wild Cards, the formation of a Super Temp agency for any and all people who possess powers. They've had dozens of applicants thus far and have added several new members to the main team.

Unknown to anyone, Justice has begun a romantic relationship with CBI reporter Patricia Eisenhart.
